Dr. Ing. Michelangelo Bandinu is the Chief Executive Officer of IdemWorks. He graduated in Electronic Engineering at Politecnico di Torino. He began his career with the IBM corporation, spending several months at IBM Development Lab in Germany, working within the System and Technology Group. Since 2005, he has been working in the EMC Group at Politecnico di Torino, developing products and methodologies for electrical interconnects modeling. Since every emerging technology product and process development should be determined by market considerations rather than scientific curiosity, He believes that responding to client needs is the real target of IdemWorks: the customers will be the driver of our success.
Dr. Ing. Carla Giachino is the Sales Manager of IdemWorks. She graduated in Electronic Engineering at Politecnico di Torino. She has 10 years of both technical and sales experience, earned working for a couple of EDA companies focused on tools and services supporting electronic systems design. During these years she worked both on scientific software development and on pre- and post-sales.
